The food was very good, the prices are rather high. For my part, however, I would expect the service staff to be appropriately dressed. It is not a fast food restaurant but a better ambience. Therefore only 4 stars.

Today we happened to pass the “Osterburg Burgcafé & Bistro”. In the heat of September 15th we stopped spontaneously to have a drink. A picturesque outdoor area on the edge of the semicircular bed with fragrant roses, sage and other garden herbs. The friendly service quickly brought us the desired "cool down". Looking at the menu and the next table we got a little hungry ... everything looks so tasty and looks so appealing! Now that we have just returned from breakfast, we will probably visit the “Osterburg Burgcafé & Bistro” a second time this week to have something to eat 😏.

Very nice garden restaurant, on the back with a wonderful view of the Osterburg. Extremely courteous team, down-to-earth, fresh cuisine - good price / performance ratio. A stop on the bike tour is worthwhile. Recommendable.

Great location. Parking lots available. Sit outside, relax and enjoy cake and East Frisian tea. It's always worth it. A lot of work still needs to be done on coffee such as latte macchiato or cappuccino. The staff is great.

Nice use of the old Gulfhof. Fleet service. Few guests due to Corona. Interest should also be given to the fortified courtyard and the church next door in the village.

This coffee is a real gold piece! The cake is delicious! A large cup of milk coffee is also very tasty! The cold drinks are really well chilled! And I was happy to have finally visited a coffee shop where the Corona rules are consistently applied! THANK YOU ! The staff was very friendly and helpful ! The cleanliness is good to very good!

Incredibly great atmosphere in this beautiful garden. We sat on the large outside terrace. We had delicious homemade pies and cakes, as well as pancakes with ham and cheese. The staff was also very nice and good, although they had their hands full. Highly recommended.

The location of the café is excellent, which makes the atmosphere very nice and cozy. Unfortunately, the staff seems completely overwhelmed. There is a sign at the entrance telling you to wait, but nobody cares about you. And when you finally have a seat, it takes a long time to be served. Our cake was on the counter for 15 minutes before we finally got it. It's a shame, actually, the food itself was very tasty.

Very nicely located. The cake (gooseberry) and coffee were excellent. Only the wait staff seemed a bit overwhelmed: other guests stood for minutes at the "Please wait here" sign and were asked to find a place themselves anyway; generally waited quite a long time for the order.

The pancake was delicious and very well presented. However, the staff was completely overwhelmed. It all took a long time. That was a shame because it clouded the overall positive image of the café and the surrounding area.
